Terms of Service

By creating an account and using LaunchDocs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

LaunchDocs provides AI-assisted procurement document generation tools including LaunchProcure, LaunchBid, LaunchDocs, and LaunchCompliance (together, “the Platform”).

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to help generate, evaluate, and summarize procurement documents. All AI outputs are advisory only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before use in any formal procurement process.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@launchdocs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others. Organizations may add multiple users under their subscription.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform’s source code
• Use the Platform to generate content intended to deceive or defraud
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, executable files, or content designed to harm the Platform or its users

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant LaunchDocs a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the content you submit, including any third-party documents, supplier responses, or confidential information.

The Platform uses AI to generate procurement documents, evaluations, recommendations, and summaries. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• All AI outputs require human review before use in formal procurement decisions
• LaunchDocs does not make autonomous procurement decisions — all outputs are advisory only
• You are solely responsible for any procurement decision made using content generated by the Platform
• AI-generated content should be verified by a qualified professional before use in legally binding processes

The human approval gate built into the Platform is a tool to support your review process. It does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Subscriptions are offered on monthly terms. Pricing is set out at launchdocs.ai/pricing.

Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

New accounts are provisioned manually after a demo. No self-serve free trial is available at this time.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

Prospective customers may request a demo through launchdocs.ai/register. Demo request information (name, email, company) is stored so the LaunchDocs team can reach out to schedule a walkthrough. This data is retained for 24 months from the date of request, or until you ask us to delete it via legal@launchdocs.ai.

LaunchDocs and its features, design, and underlying technology are owned by Kimberly Rowden and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.

The AI models used by the Platform (Mistral AI for EU accounts, Anthropic Claude for US accounts) are owned by their respective operators and subject to their own terms.

We treat all content you upload as confidential. We do not share your procurement documents, supplier data, evaluation results, or any other content with third parties except as required to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruption, data loss, or platform unavailability beyond what is required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchDocs is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data beyond what can be recovered from our standard backup procedures
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by emailing legal@launchdocs.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. We may terminate or suspend immediately in cases of serious breach.

On termination, your data is deleted from production systems within 30 days per our data retention policy. You may export your data at any time before deletion.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local courts as permitted by applicable law.

EU consumers have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection law which these terms do not affect.
